TEST

Molly Dahl Molly started practicing yoga in 2001 when she was training to run marathons. She had three primary reasons to do yoga; post-run stretching and relaxing, being able to apply sunscreen to her own back and mastering the “hoover” position over public toilet seats. Seriously, that was yoga to her.

How things change! She has since completed her 200 hour teacher certification with Sri Swami Satchidananda in Integral Yoga and will complete the 300 hour Tibetan Heart Yoga certification mid-September. She has studied Tibetan Buddhism with Lama Marut, Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christy McNally, and Lama Brandy Davis and Lama David Fishman. These amazing teachers have planted her firmly in the understanding that yoga is not mainly a physical practice. It is designed to put us in touch with our true nature, that deep peace and connection to all beings that surpasses all intellectual understanding.
