Karen Sabo – Karen Sabo has helped students learn to knit and crochet for many years. Knitting from the Heart is a class where anyone can learn to knit or increase knitting skills, and practice joyful effort, compassion, generosity, patience and meditative focus while engaging in this creative activity. Karen is also a licensed attorney who represents abused and neglected children in foster care. She lives in Sparks with her son, John.
